Part Five: Supporting Cast of NPCs

Port City is the capital of Treph and has a large ever-growing population. There are six districts: Aristocracy, Merchants, Maritime, Officiating, Military, and Residential. There is also a rather sizable armory, a large bank under the jurisdiction of the city treasurer, and it has the largest temple dedicated to Treph. But its most prominent feature is its docking bay/harbour. The entire nation of Treph is dependent on the reception of goods coming through Port City and its export operations. Indeed numerous nations may be dependent on Port City. It is a vibrant city, rich with culture and success. Here, PCs may find anything they desire. If they can afford it.

On occasion he will spring out of nowhere to assist the PCs if they are in a precarious situation, but he will later use the fact to taunt them. He is a very useful NPC to keep in your back pocket at the ready.

At the Battle of the Dragon Throne all of her companions, including the man she was in love with, gave their lives. Their names: Baldwin, Thorgrim, and J'honnen, together with many more. Thanks to Harrandor she was the only survivor.
